AMT 3156-98 2″ x 1.5″ Heavy Duty Straight Centrifugal Pump, 316 Stainless Steel is the preferred option for liquid and chemical transfer, heating and cooling, recirculation, booster service, dirty water and other industrial applications. Designed, manufactured and tested in the USA. This model is equipped with a 2 HP electric motor to guarantee power and performance. A durable Cast Iron body increases overall strength while the Buna-N shaft seal prolongs the longevity of the internal parts. AMT Pump Company is a subsidiary of The Gorman-Rupp Company.

AMT Heavy Duty Solids Handling Centrifugalpumps are suited for liquid and chemical transfer,recirculation, booster service, dirty water and otherindustrial applications. Stainless steel units areespecially effective in applications where rust and/or corrosion can develop in systems. Pumps aredesigned to handle liquids with solids content ordissolved solids and debris. Semi-open impellerfeatures self-cleaning ability that makes the unituseful in applications involving up to 1/4 diametersolids and muddy or dirty liquids. Discharge positioncan be adjusted in 90 increments with vent anddrain plugs for all positions. Type 21 mechanicalseal and O-ring casing seal. Pumps are notself-priming and require flooded suction.
